Orders become binding if they are confirmed by us in writing or delivery of goods. SHIPMENT COSTS Shipment will be done by Austrian Mail Services. MINIMUM ORDER We do not employ minimum order policy. RETURNABLE GOODS Return of goods requires our prior consent and must be sent to us free of charge. Videotapes, DVDs and software are excempted from return unless delivered in a faulty state! DELIVERY / RISK Delivery shall take place uninsured and at the risk of the customer. The risk shall past at latest when the goods are consigned. RETENTION OF TITLE All goods remain our property until all claims are paid. The exercise of the right under the retention of title clause shall not constitute cancellation of the contract. WARRANTY The customer is obliged to immediately inspect delivered goods upon receipt for transport damages and other defects. Notifications of defects of quantity or other obvious defects shall only be considered if they are made by written notice under the inclusion of records within seven days from receipt of the goods.
